We have modified our scheduling to limit the amount of people in the office at one time, so please no walk-ins. We are taking every precaution in both cleanliness as well as patient screening to ensure the health of our patients and staff. If you call to make an appointment please be prepared to answer the following questions:

1. Have you traveled outside of the country in the past month?

2. Have you had any exposure to your knowledge with anyone with Covid-19?

3. Are you or a family member currently experiencing any of the following symptoms: fever, cough, or respiratory infection?

4. Are you caring for or are you in frequent contact with an elderly person or anyone who may have a compromised immune system?

If you answer yes to any of the above questions we encourage you to follow the state and federal advice of social distancing and/or self- quarantine if necessary.
